LET’S DO THIS: After a lengthy career leading communications teams for large ASX-listed corporates, and fuelled by empathy for the unheard voices of smaller brands, I launched One Seen Bean™ to rebel against the dominance of deep-pocketed giants and the growing number of ‘blands’ that lack purpose and find themselves swamped by the crowd.

REALISTIC OPTIMIST: My work stems from the belief that small brands can compete with bigger brands and louder competitors, no matter how tiny their marketing & communications budgets start out. The brands that are winning are those with a powerful purpose, sharp messaging, and are committed to taking customers on a meaningful journey.
LITTLE BLACK BOOK: Over 20+ years I’ve led comms functions for ASX-listed corporates, partnered with hundreds of brand leaders; advised politicians and CEOs; taken unknown brands to become household names; and gotten down in the trenches with countless founders to help them be seen, heard and grow.
PEOPLE WATCH: As a parent to three boys, two with additional needs, I know first-hand the power of embracing difference and fostering individuality. As such, I’m a strong advocate for inclusivity and will go to great lengths to view the world, and the brands I work with, from all angles.
